Diary sleeve

This year I was late for buying a diary for work and the only thing I could get
was kind of basic. Finally I managed to create a friendly and practical sleeve
with a bookmark and two flaps for chits (usually flying away) :)

Another project I had in my mind for a very long time, is a "Sewing- circle- tote".
I used to take an IKEA- bag to carry all the stuff to the meeting of the
Modern Quilt Guild Bielefeld. Practical but not good looking ;)
I found a very nice pattern on the "Oh Franson"- Blog. The cutting took
several hours.....

.....but  the effort's  worth it, I'll show you more the next post.

And now to something completely different ;) In our region, you can use
your creativity for the carnival parade. This year our group had the theme "Millipede"....

Have a nice and sunny weekend :*
