Der Flower-Power Quilt für meine Freundin Regy ist fertig und bereits übergeben. Das war eine Freude! Bei so viel Euphorie kann ich  einen Quilt ganz gut abgeben ;o) Die Verarbeitung der bunten Stoffe hat mir richtig Spaß gemacht ..... The Flower power quilt for my dear friend Regy is finished ! Last week- end , the  handing over took place. She was so excited and could'nt believe,  that she recieved such a handmade gift. With that kind of presentee,  it's no problem for me to leave this quilt in another home ;o) Auf der Wiese kann man ganz gut das Quiltmuster sehen, das ich selbst für diesen Quilt entworfen habe und mit Hilfe einer Schablone übertragen habe. Das BOM Fieber begann mit dem Skill builder von Pile o' fabric , den die MQG Bielefeld  gerade gemeinsam näht... The BOM- fever started with this skill builder of Pile o'fabric , which  we chose in the MQG Bielefeld to sew together..... Das Top aus den Malka Dubrawsky- Stoffen ist fertig!  Da war Ausdauer gefragt; sowohl beim Zuschneiden als auch beim Nähen.... Wenn mir das Top dann gefällt, ist das aber ganz schnell vergessen :o) Sich freue mich schon auf den farbsatten Quilt, der zu einer Kommunion verschenkt werden wird. Die Rückseite werde ich allerdings etwas heller gestalten. Das Tutorial ist übrigens von Camille Roskelly . The Malka- top is finished! The cutting and piecing  took a lot of endurance .... But all the doubt and impatience is forgotten, when the result is so beautiful. I'm looking forward to seeing this colourful quilt, which will be a gift for a  girl, that will have the sacrament in May. The back will be a bit lighter.
